The rising cost of medical care can cause financial hardship to a patient and family. An alternative is “at home” care. It’s cost effective, convenient and we feel that patients recover faster in familiar surroundings.

 

Who is Eligible for Home Health?

Any patient that is confined to home and in need of skilled nursing care.

Who Refers Patients?

Patients are usually referred by their physicians. Referrals are also made by family members, friends, social workers, clergy or other health professionals. However, in all instances, the physician must certify the need for care.

How Often are the Visits?

As often as needed. Each Patient’s needs are different and visits are scheduled according to need
